What’s Web 2.0 all about?

I finally got organised and signed up for Web 2.0 in my Master of IT degree. The goal is to find out what Web 2.0 is all about.

If this infographic is anything to go by, it could take me more than a semester to answer that one!

  1. Had a look. Great work! The many links to reference content is a winner. It goes right back to what the web was designed for. Not many people use it enough nowadays in the fear that people will not spend enough time on your site and jump off to some other site. But your content is engaging so it is less of a worry…

Here is another thing you may want to consider in your web 2.0 journey (and it has relevance to the work we are doing with the LinkedIn collaboration effort), Who Do Social Media Followers Belong to — You, or Your Business? http://knowledge.wharton.upenn.edu/article.cfm?articleid=3210

    • Thanks, Nitin.
The multiple lnks is all about giving value to the visitor so I’m happy to help them out.
And thanks for the link to the article about information ownership. I know I can work that into my journey…just like the other image you gave me.
      Appreciate your interest.

  2. Hi Bronwyn!
I can’t wait for your next post to be up :)! I’ll be back!! And no worries with the wrong spelling of my name. People always make that mistake on my name! 🙂
